Seller and agreement

DimePilot is provided by Derek Rinker, Bonne Terre, Missouri, United States. By using DimePilot you agree to these terms and contract with Derek Rinker for use of the service. You must be at least 18 and authorized to access any financial accounts you connect. Contact: dkrinker77@gmail.com.

Service and financial information

DimePilot offers budgeting, manual transactions, CSV tools, savings estimates, and read-only bank information. It cannot pay bills, transfer money, trade investments, or cancel services. Financial information and estimates are for tracking and planning, not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice or recommendations to buy or sell. Verify accuracy against your institution. Estimates may omit interest, withdrawals, pending transactions, or unavailable history. No uninterrupted or error-free service is guaranteed.

Subscriptions

Manual entry and CSV tools remain free. Bank access costs $3.99 USD monthly plus applicable tax, with one 14-day card-required trial per account. The free trial is how you try DimePilot before paying: you are not charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are never billed. If you are not satisfied with a payment, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that payment under our Refund Policy. If you cancel before your next billing date you won't be charged for the next month, and access continues until the current trial or billing period ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel through Settings → Manage subscription before renewal; access continues through the current trial or billing period, then bank access stops and connections are revoked. Saved history and manual budgeting remain unless you request deletion. Failed payments may enter the payment provider’s retry period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Account security and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and your information accurate. Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, spam, infringe rights, resell access, circumvent limits, scrape private data, probe security, introduce malware, or disrupt service. We may remove infringing content, and suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or serious or repeated violations.

Intellectual property

Derek Rinker retains ownership of DimePilot software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain rights in your inputs and financial data and grant only the processing rights needed to provide the service. You are responsible for lawful rights to your inputs, verifying financial information, and your financial decisions. Rights holders can report infringement to the contact email above; repeated infringement may lead to termination.

Termination and responsibility

You may export transactions before deleting your account. Confirmed account deletion cancels subscriptions, revokes bank access, and erases personal financial data after required cleanup succeeds. Payment providers may retain legally required billing records. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect losses or financial decisions based on inaccurate information. Nothing limits rights or liabilities that law does not permit to be limited. These terms are governed by Missouri and applicable United States law, without removing mandatory consumer protections.
