Refund Policy

14-day refund guarantee

DimePilot offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of a payment. Refunds apply to the most recent payment and are one-time: requesting a refund ends the subscription and bank access stops when the refunded period ends.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us at dkrinker77@gmail.com and we will help. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Trials

The 14-day free trial is not billed: you are not charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are never billed. The refund guarantee applies to payments made after a trial or on a renewal.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time through Settings → Manage subscription. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged for the next month; access continues until the current trial or billing period ends.
